The reservation is not transferable. The reservation fee is obligatory and can't be payed back.
Booking confirmation When we receive your reservation form and deposit (possible payment methods : bank swift, postal or money order or credit cards (Visa, Eurocard and Mastercard), we will send you, according to our availabilities, a booking confirmation which should be shown when arriving at the campsite.
Check-in Your arrival must happen between 10am and 7pm.
Late or early arrival In case of late arrival, we will keep your reserved spot for 24h after the planned arrival date. After that, we can not longer guarantee your spot. In case of early arrival, we will give you a temporary waiting spot in the case your planned spot is still occupied. In both cases, please let us know as soon as possible.
Cancellation insurance and cancellation of your stay The cancellation insurance fees, 10 euros, is automatically included in the deposit you have sent for making your reservation. It allows you to get reimbursed in case of cancellation of your reservation, according to the below conditions. In case of cancellation of your reservation, the following will be reimbursed : - 50 euros, your complete deposit, if you cancel at least 60 days prior to your arrival date - 25 euros, 50% of your deposit, if you cancel betwen 30 and 60 days prior to your arrival date - nothing, if you cancel below 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Insurances During their stay, the campers are covered by a civil liability insurance from the campsite. This insurance covers all physical or material injuries which would be under the responsability of the campsite. The acceptance of this contract implies that the campers need to subscribe a valid insurance for their tent, caravan, vehicule and civil liability. Barbecues are tolerated, but they remain under your own responsability. Dogs and other pets need to be tatooed and vaccinated and proof shall be presented when arriving.
Abstract from the Campsite internal rules Any person willing to stay overnight in the campsite need to: - show his identity papers at the welcome office; - agree to comply to the Campsite internal rules (displayed at the campsite welcome office) Departures shall be done by 10am latest. Stay extension requests shall be provided to the campsite management as soon as possible. Decision of acceptance or refusal of the exension request is taken by the management. Any person breaching the campsite internal rules may have his contract automatically terminated and will need to leave the site immediately, without being detrimental to legal proceedings. In case of penal injury, the management may immediately request the help of the police.
